Lugha Nour™ and the Lugha Nour logo are trademarks of the website owner. The tagline "Spring of Hearts | ربيع قلبي نور صدري" is an original creation and part of the brand identity.

All original content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, flashcards, mind maps, and educational materials, is the property of Lugha Nour™ and is protected by copyright laws.

Lugha Nour™ is a free educational resource created as an act of Sadaqah jariyah, a form of ongoing charitable benefit, for the Arabic learning community. All content is provided at no charge and is intended solely for personal, non-commercial educational use.

This site contains two types of content:

a) Vocabulary & Linguistic Content: Vocabulary lists covering topics standard to Arabic language curricula, organized thematically to support learners across a range of courses and study programs. Vocabulary development on this site was initially undertaken alongside the Attakallum Arabic language curriculum. The content has since been substantially expanded with additional vocabulary drawn from the reading and comprehension materials within the series, as well as from independent Arabic language references. The site does not reproduce any dialogues, stories, texts, or other proprietary expressions from the series, only individual vocabulary words, which belong to the Arabic language itself. Individual Arabic words and their meanings belong to the shared heritage of the Arabic language and cannot be owned by anyone. However, the expanded word selections, additional entries, annotations, synonyms, antonyms, plurals, grammar notes, and overall curation on this site reflect original scholarly effort and are protected as a compilation work under copyright law.

b) Original Content: Study guides, explanations, flashcards, mind maps, website design, and all other materials independently created by the site owner. These are the sole property of Lugha Nour™.
