About the Attakallum Series
This website is being developed alongside the Attakallum series and uses it as a framework for vocabulary development. The vocabulary lists have been expanded with additional words, synonyms, antonyms, plurals, and notes from standard Arabic references to support deeper learning. Content will continue to grow as the curriculum progresses.
Attakallum is a comprehensive Arabic language curriculum designed for non-native speakers, with a focus on practical communication and gradual skill building. In 2017, the series received an award from the Academy of the Arabic Language in Cairo for Best Arabic Course Coursebook for Foreigners. The series is best used with a teacher.

About the Hamza Language Proficiency Test
The Hamza test is a comprehensive, computerized assessment created by the King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language (KSGAAL), designed to evaluate Arabic language proficiency.

Hasan al-Basri رحمه الله was asked,
"What do you think about a people who learn the Arabic language?"
He replied, "They've done well. They're learning the language of their Prophet ﷺ."
